Perillo draws the path every request makes and highlights every stop along the path, even the parts with no changes.

On this path, the deleted filter sits two stops from the file that decides version_type — unchanged, absent from the PR’s file list — with the dependency wired between them. Reviewed on the path, that is a caught bug. Without it, it shipped in Read the Docs #12848 and surfaced ten weeks later in #13163: “that was the intended logic, but looks like the workaround for the sqlite error broke that.”
